CHON BURI - A video clip has circulated online showing what appears to be a policeman slapping a female tourist in Pattaya.
Witnesses said the woman was Russian. Police apparently stopped her and her boyfriend for a traffic offence while riding a motorcycle.
The boyfriend was taken to a police station to pay the fine. An officer tried to seize the motorcycle but the woman resisted and filmed him with her mobile phone, the witnesses said. http://www.bangko...ng-tourist
