The Danish Restaurant, Café Europe in Bangkok has closed for business and leaves Bangkok with two Danish Restaurants.
“It was not profitable anymore to run the restaurant. I just had a rent increase, and I lost business on the flooding as well, so at the end, I just had to give up,” said the owner Anita Falk to ScandAsia.
Anita Falk has, despite losing her business, not given up on Bangkok yet, as she has received a couple of job offers, offers she is considering pursuing. But if you miss the food at Café Europe, there is still hope.
“I still do catering, so people can just call, if they are interested,” finishes Anita Falk, before returning to packing down her business.
